CSSE at Study Information Day
At the University of Magdeburg's Study Information Day on May 9, the CSSE research group presented exciting insights into the world of safe and secure Artificial Intelligence. The focus was on anomaly detection, which was introduced to visitors in an interactive and engaging way using the example of autonomous driving. Participants were able to experience how AI can identify unusual situations and thereby contribute to greater safety in intelligent systems.
The hands-on demonstration attracted considerable interest and led to many engaging conversations with prospective students. In addition to showcasing current research, the team explained how the foundations and key concepts required for developing safe and trustworthy AI are already taught as part of the university curriculum. This provided visitors with a practical insight into the close connection between research and teaching at the University of Magdeburg.
